Before I tell you how I can help, there’s something you need to know but you probably know it already – 93% of all fitness programs don’t work! Well, that’s not the data from some statistical study but its still a useful approximation. There are just too many fitness programs out there trying to deal with fitness as if human beings are just made of just muscles and looking pretty is being healthy. WRONG!

We are more complex beings to be working with just muscles. We are an amazing combination of body, mind and spirit. The real work-out stimulates your mind just as much as it stimulates your body. Do you know that your mind has immense influence on how your body responds to your workout? If you take advantage of your hidden mental potential, you can get explosive results with your workouts. The real fitness program makes you complete instead of making you just look good. The fitness programs all this while have gotten this part wrong and therefore have proven to be ineffective in addressing ‘fitness’ in its true sense.

I consider myself as someone born to solve the mysteries of human potential to get and stay fit. When I was a little puny kid, I used to get all kinds of books, attend all kinds of fitness workshops, make friends with adult body builders who were 100X bulkier than I was that sometimes if I’m not careful they could have trampled over me and wouldn’t have even noticed. I have spent most of my last 20 years just learning, researching and experimenting with stuff I learnt from my masters but even more so with concepts I developed myself. Being born in India has its advantages. You are trained to look at human life as beyond the mortal body. I have gained deeper understanding into human psyche down to its spiritual core which I now know is incredibly relevant to achieve extraordinary results in the physical realm. When you address a human body acknowledging the mind’s potential, you will be able to realize your fitness goals faster and even better remain fit for the rest of your life. When you don’t realize the power of mind, most of your workout would just drain you because your mind would fight back to keep the fat intact, while you are desperately trying hard to burn it.

When my clients come to me, they come to me with a unique body and mind. They also have unique fitness goals and more importantly, they have unique limitations and challenges too. Traditional, run-over-the-mill training programs won’t work. Looking at human bodies as the standard 3 types(endo,ecto,meso) is underestimating human uniqueness. Losing weight or gaining mass is over simplification of ‘fitness goals’. I have designed programs and since I am the scientist behind them, I know how to modify them sufficiently to accommodate every individual as Universe’s most unique creation.
